Vendor Information:

If you would like to be a vendor at this year's conference, please contact Brian Westover (bwestover at thisistheplace.org). Anything related to living history, vintage costume, antiques, old fashioned anything, storytelling, etc. would be appropriate.

We anticipate from 300 - 400 people at this conference (this number includes children). We have deliberately made the price for family attendance very low to attract the volunteers and others who help our various organizations as living history re-enactors. Other organizations have also contacted us expressing interest, such as "normal" museums and even forest service personnel. But we are hard pressed to know exactly how many will be coming, or in what mood they will be in to purchase historical or useful or interesting items.

Vendor Fees for 2010: There are no vendor fees this year. We'll put you right in the middle of things so you'll get lots of exposure, but you'll have to use your own salesmanship skills to truly succeed. We do have power and banquet tables for use on a first-come, first served basis.
